Late Cancellations

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. I get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give me a call or send a message letting me know. That allows me enough time to fill the space. If you no-show or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for 50% of the appointment. No shows will not be rescheduled. 

Running Late?

If you show up late to your appointment (without notice), I can’t guarantee I'll be able to give you the complete allotted time since I don’t want to keep any other clients waiting. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may have to be altered or rescheduled. 

I make it right...

It is my goal to have you walk out my door loving your hair.  If that is not the case, please communicate me within 1 week of your appointment so that I fine tune your style or color. If you decide to totally change the original look agreed upon, charges will apply.
